The service fee for DESOI w.i.l.m.a. devices includes for the software of the IoT platform: - Licence fee - maintenance fee - updates - services - Daily flat rate per active day - max. annual fee 659,88 € - plus commitment fee per year 59,88 € - Tariff price per device - Daily flat rate in the period from 00:00 to 24:00 h - Detailed billing at the turn of the year per device - without prepayment - Cancellable within 4 weeks at the end of the year - Contract area EU, other countries on request The general terms and conditions and the SaaS contract of Desoi GmbH apply.
